Project manager / Business analyst

We are looking for a Project manager / Business analyst with experience working on marketing-related product features in crypto or fintech projects.

You will help clarify requirements, prepare documentation, coordinate development, and ensure timely delivery of product updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Clarify and formalize requirements for product and marketing-driven features.
  • Prepare and update functional & technical documentation (specifications, flows, BRDs).
  • Decompose tasks together with the tech lead.
  • Define deadlines and monitor delivery.
  • Track development progress and report on status.
  • Communicate with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to keep tasks aligned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
  • Experience working with complex product logic in marketing, fintech, or crypto environments.
  • Strong skills in structuring requirements and writing clear documentation.
  • Experience collaborating closely with development teams.
  • English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).
