The Field Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the company’s field-based specimen collection operation, including staffing, training, compliance, and productivity, including the supervision of Lab Services staff covering a specific region. Ensures all Lab Services staff provide prompt, courteous, and reliable service to clients, patients, and colleagues.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Analytical Laboratory is responsible for oversight and management of performance for the analytical laboratory processes using immunoassay and/or LC-MS/MS technology.

WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am- 7:30 pm

Under general supervision monitors and initiates claim appeals on all insurance claims and pending receivables after final bill.  This position will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of general coding and billing compliance, the adjudication process and contractual obligations specific to various payers.

The Payor Relations Administrator works alongside market access and the revenue cycle management team. They are responsible for completing payor applications of interest, credentialing, revalidations, and enrollments with contracted and non-contracted payors. The Payor Relations Administrator will work interdepartmentally and ensure as a primary responsibility there are no impacts to revenue based on unfulfilled payor enrollment requests.
