Machine Learning Engineer, AI Decisioning (Full-time)

Salary Range: $200,000 - $260,000 USD

We are expanding our data activation products to include a powerful intelligence layer, and we are looking for a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. Hundreds of companies use our platform to automate and improve operations by syncing data into their systems, but there is immense potential in helping them make smarter decisions about which customers to message, what content to use, and when to send messages.

A lot of this crucial decision-making today is often manual and driven by intuition. By integrating machine learning, we aim to deliver a step-function impact for our customers. Given our access to first-party customer data, we are perfectly positioned to build an intelligence layer that leverages this rich data source.

Your responsibilities will include working on complex problems such as:

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 4 days/week in-person)

Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 (Base Salary) + Equity Participation

Being one of the most tech driven shipping companies, we are seeking an AI Specialist with expertise in Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our Digital Transformation team. You will design and implement AI solutions, fine-tune models like GPT, and build intelligent systems that enhance business processes through automation and advanced analytics.

• Define AI strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., automation, prediction)
• Lead development and fine-tuning of ML/LLM models for industry-specific use cases
• Build full ML pipelines: preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment
• Develop intelligent agents and autonomous AI workflows
• Monitor models for drift and optimize performance as needed
• Report on performance and recommend retraining or tuning
• Document solutions for smooth internal adoption
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI governance standards
• Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices
