The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.

This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients that have been assigned to you. It also includes developing and executing marketing strategies, handling client communications, writing client reports, and communicating the client’s marketing needs to other team members. Your goal as an Account Manager is to assist your clients in meeting their revenue goals using the products and services of our company.

The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments.
