Position Overview:

  • Job Title:Maintenance Supervisor
  • Salary: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
  • Other Compensation: The position includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment
  • On-Call Rotation Schedule: Participation in after-hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
