We are seeking a skilled and passionate Founding Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development and AI systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, high-performance web applications and our cutting-edge AI Agent platform.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Technology & Data, the Lead Software Developer will lead our development team, delivering high-quality software solutions, managing key third party integrations and providing support of existing in-house and third-party applications. This role blends delivery and technical expertise to drive innovation and ensure timely delivery of the next generation of scalable fleet management products.

You will be responsible for delivering software services, business logic, and APIs within the core Consensus Node—the heart of our DLT. • 3-4 years of experience in backend development with Python 3.x (FastAPI or Flask);
