As part of the Swedish-speaking customer support team, you will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries regarding online transactions, account questions, and payment troubleshooting. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Danish and English - C1/B2-equivalent.
