Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian.
- Provide detailed explanations of insurance products, coverage options, and terms and conditions.
- Assist customers with the claims process, including documentation and follow-up.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
