Job Description Summary

The Account Manager role is field-based and requires daily travel in the territory.

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Location: Muskegon, Michigan

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. One shift a week will be 10am-7pm. Practice will determine the longer day a month in advance.

The Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health.  As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required

The Role

We're growing, and that means adding engineering leadership capacity to support new initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional delivery teams of 4–5 engineers, reporting to our Head of Engineering. Your job is to make sure your team ships reliably, grows professionally, and doesn't become a bottleneck as LawnStarter scales into new service verticals.

What we don't have is someone dedicated to owning that vision: every QA is heads-down on their own team, so nobody has the room to drive the standards forward, unify how the squad works, or push the state of the art. That's the gap this role fills. It's not a nice-to-have we're adding because things are going well. It's the structure and leadership we need to make what we've already built actually compound.
