Your Role:

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring that their inquiries are managed with professionalism and care.
• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively.
• Become proficient with our systems to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies for remote work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
