Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order processing via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide information on promotions, services, and returns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with store teams to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
