Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide information about product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Assist customers with order processing, changes, and tracking shipments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to provide customers with up-to-date information.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and promote product offerings.
