• Salary: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Other Compensation: This position includes a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom manufactured home. The home includes a private backyard and a shed. *Living on site is required*

The Data Architect will support enterprise data initiatives by designing and delivering scalable, modern data architecture solutions with a primary focus on canonical data modeling, semantic data mesh, and real‑time streaming architectures using Kafka. This role drives alignment across business domains and enables high‑quality, governed, and interoperable data for analytics and operational use cases.

We are looking for someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background to add to our team. Partner directly with the VP of Enterprise Analytics of our client to evaluate performance across our insurance, banking, and wealth management business lines. You will design forward-looking, non-traditional KPIs and recommend the enterprise-wide aggregation frameworks required to unify firm-level strategic decision-making.
