We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands on Senior Project Manager in Sydney to join our team and lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management
• Work closely with our customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Manage project resources, risks, and contracts
• Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings
• Run daily stand ups as necessary
• Reporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governance
• Utilize HSO's proven project methodology to successfully deliver projects

As a Senior Dynamics SCM Consultant, working within a team of like minded professionals, you will be highly motivated to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

You will have extensive experience of Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain / Manufacturing implementations, either leading a team or as a key member of a wider team. You must have deep knowledge of all areas of Supply Chain / Manufacturing and be able to demonstrate the ability to advise and guide customers on best practice in a proactive way leveraging your industry expertise and previous implementation experiences.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues. You will be required to lead workshops ensuring information is gathered succinctly and accurately to reflect customers requirements.

Your documentation must be of a high standard and you will be well versed in the use of Azure DevOps.

Aufgaben:

• Entwurf und Entwicklung von Lösungsarchitekturen für Microsoft Dynamics CRM-Projekte
• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Definition ihrer Anforderungen und der Auswahl geeigneter Technologien
• Bewertung und Auswahl von Technologien und Tools im Microsoft Dynamics CRM Umfeld
• Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Architekturdesigns
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices
• Aktive Teilnahme am Pre-Sales Prozess, technischen Diskussionen und Workshops
