This individual will support planning, execution, and coordination of User Role Assignment and Provisioning for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You will assist site leadership with the timely completion of provisioning activities, including data validation and processing. The Analyst will ensure end users have the required access in accordance with client processes and collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) to ensure proper provisioning is completed in alignment with scheduled events and user role requirements.

EHR Engineering Deployment Site Practitioner

EHR End-User-Engagement Liaison

Gritter Francona is looking for an End-User-Engagement Liaison to help support the deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.

The Liaison will act as a fulcrum between Training, Change Management, Adoption, Communications, Informatics, & Training stakeholders/activities and the central deployment team - ensuring consistency and repeatability in EUE execution across multiple hospital deployments at different stages in their transition. This role also requires the liaison to proactively address risks, resolve issues, and act as the 'glue' between multiple stakeholder groups.

Significant client interaction is involved, and some travel can be expected for key onsite events. Intermediate change management, training, stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication, and project management skills are needed to be a successful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Previous Oracle EHR exposure HIGHLY PREFERRED
