We are seeking Customer Care Executives (CEs) for the JTI project in Greece. This is a dynamic, multilingual role combining inbound and outbound customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound (Proactive Care)

  • Deliver exceptional consumer experiences
  • Conduct post-purchase follow-ups and retention efforts
  • Engage users for feedback, trade-in & adoption initiatives
  • Cross-sell and upsell products
  • Update CRM systems with consumer interactions

Inbound (Reactive Care)

  • Provide first-contact resolution for inquiries and technical support
  • Troubleshoot heated tobacco devices (charging, heating, stick compatibility)
  • Guide consumers on proper usage, maintenance, and best practices
  • Process warranty claims, replacements, and returns
  • Handle complaints empathetically and escalate when required
  • Educate consumers on devices, accessories, and stick options

  • B2B & B2C customer support
  • Collecting customer & vehicle information (license plate, GPS location, tire size, passengers, etc.)

Connected Mobility Services (CMS)

  • Support for Mercedes Me App and digital services
  • Account login, activation/deactivation of digital services
  • Service purchases, online appointment booking, vehicle monitoring
  • Inform customers about features included in service packages
  • Basic troubleshooting; complex issues escalated to Backdesk

Customer Service (CS)

  • Handle first-line inquiries: warranties, maintenance appointments, dealership details, workshop complaints, goodwill requests, list-price/tax inquiries, and general technical documentation
  • Provide support to demanding luxury clients, often in sensitive situations
