Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to inquiries about tobacco products, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Stay informed on tobacco industry regulations and company policies to deliver compliant and accurate information.
  • Document interactions with customers in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
