Om stillingen:

DOF søker engasjerte og lærevillige maskinkadetter til vår moderne og varierte offshoreflåte. Som kadett hos oss får du muligheten til å utvikle deg i et profesjonelt og sikkert arbeidsmiljø, samtidig som du får bred erfaring innen drift og vedlikehold av avanserte maskinsystemer om bord.

Vi har lang tradisjon for opplæring av norske sjøfolk og tilbyr et strukturert opplæringsløp med tett oppfølging fra våre maskinoffiserer. Kadetter hos DOF får erfare reelle driftsoperasjoner, og vi har som mål å tilby videre muligheter for de rette kandidatene etter fullført kadettperiode.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

Som maskinkadett vil du blant annet:

• Delta i drift og vedlikehold av maskinrom og tekniske systemer
• Utføre kontrollrunder og rapportering
• Bidra til sikker og effektiv drift om bord
• Arbeide tett med maskinteamet og følge etablerte prosedyrer
• Delta i relevante sikkerhets- og fagkurs etter DOF sin kursmatrise

What you will do:

• Conduct follow-up calls
• Handle operational conflicts and issues, by investigating and resolving conflicting situations
• Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community
• Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls, or emails
• Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls
• Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary
