What's the role?

This role will be part of our Manta Technology team and will be responsible for architecting and implementing the core server-side components that power Digest core applications. This position will be responsible for developing new programs and producing updates or amendments, in accordance with the constraints set in the development plan. This position will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, data scientists, and geophysicists to ensure seamless performance across offshore deployments and field operations. Software Engineer (Backend/Fullstack)

We are building a generative AI and Low-code customer support automation platform dedicated to bringing effortless customer and agent experiences to every company. We are seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to take the lead in designing and scaling the core distributed systems that power our next-generation AI agents.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a fast-moving engineer who will drive architectural decisions and technical direction, working directly with the company founders. You will own the full feature lifecycle, from initial concept to high-scale production deployment.

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Founding AI Focus)

We work with all 5 of the leading AI labs and are experiencing sharp hockey stick growth. We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer with end-to-end ownership to build the systems that power data and evaluation for the next generation of AI.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role that offers immense breadth of ownership over projects that push the frontier of AI evaluation. You will move fluidly across the entire stack, from research prototyping to distributed cloud infrastructure and user-facing analytics.
