In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple departments to optimize the systems and enhance the overall experience.

Your Key Activities Will Include:

  • Managing daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management;
  • Perform portfolio and pricing management, and related tasks;
  • Ensure marketing and ecommerce systems set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting (e.g. in Shopify);
  • Test, integrate, audit ecommerce and other marketing tools in line with company strategy and goals;
  • Ensure data maintenance in Excel, CSV and other data management tools;
  • Analyze marketing operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team.
