Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar in house role or experience with services and/or repairs of marine equipment
  • Seagoing experience will be considered an advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure

Marine Engineer

As a Marine Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, and inspections of our vessels' mechanical and electrical systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and diagnosing any technical issues that may arise during operations.


Shifts can vary between 13 - 15 hours in duration depending on the day of the week and peak holiday times and follow a 3 days on 3 days off roster including public holidays.  Based primarily out of our Hamer Street terminal, you will gain wide exposure to all our vessels and as such, no two days will be the same.


We are seeking a Marine Engineer that has a minimum of 2 years experience, to join our dynamic team of maritime professionals, and embark on a rewarding career in marine engineering with SeaLink Travel Group!

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our vessels and fleet perform at their best.
