We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to play a key role in integrating and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver transformative value across our platform. This is a highly collaborative, product-focused role operating within a remote-first environment.

You will own the technical execution and continuous improvement of all LLM-powered features across our product suite. Your work will involve deeply integrating AI capabilities into our backend systems to enhance user experience and deliver intelligent capabilities.

Compensation: $160,000 – $225,000

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Assistant Manager
• Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Bonus: Opportunity to earn sales bonuses in addition to base salary
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; however, weekend and after hours availability is required for open houses and marketing events over the next 12+ months (with flexible weekday hours to maintain a 40-hour work week)
