As a Project Planner, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our experienced Project Managers and talented Engineers. Together, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and detailed project Work Breakdown Structures and Cost Breakdown Structures. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in creating planning outputs and reports, managing vessel schedules, assisting with resource planning, and keeping project schedules up to date. By ensuring timely completion and maintaining exceptional quality in all assigned tasks, your contribution will play a crucial role in the overall success of our projects.

Our Graduate Scheme is a two-year programme during which you will get to spend time in several key departments so that you develop a good understanding of what is required to be a Subsea Project Engineer.  Our graduates also get opportunities to work offshore on one (or several) of our construction vessels to ensure they understand what it takes to deliver engineering from tender through to execution.  The department rotations give you experience with Projects, Commercial, QHSE, Survey, Procurement, Drafting and others which we believe give you a good overview of our operations.  When it comes to offshore, we aim to get you a trip offshore as soon as possible to get the experience of being on a vessel and being part of the team delivering the work.

DOF is seeking highly knowledgeable, skilled and experienced Engineering Officers to join the Skandi Inventor team. These positions will ensure the safe and efficient operations of the Skandi Inventor by managing planned maintenance and repairs for the vessel’s mechanical and electrical equipment.

These positions will ensure the safe and efficient operations on the Skandi Inventor by performing routine maintenance and repairs, operating specialised equipment and working under the direction of the Deck Officers and Engineering Officers.

Join DOF as a Casual Offshore Vessel Coordinator!

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Vessel Coordinator to join our Crewing team on a casual basis. As the Offshore Vessel Coordinator, you will be responsible for administration and logistical support, in accordance with DOF standards, on our vessels. These are casual positions working remotely with a rotational rostered pattern.

The successful individual will be pivotal in supporting DOF Australia's Project and Marine teams with various logistics, administrative and crew resource management tasks in compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with the various stakeholders that include Vessel Masters, Offshore Managers, Offshore Crew and the Crewing team to support the seamless execution of the offshore activities.

DOF is actively hiring experienced Marine Engineer (OOW Engineers) for casual opportunities on various vessels. As a Marine Engineer with DOF, you would be maintaining our world class fleet of vessels. Our Marine Engineers take pride in our assets and work to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Offshore Marine experience as a 2nd Engineer (OOW Engineers) with DP experience.
• Hold a minimum Engineer Watch COC CL2.
• Current experience working on DP2 offshore vessels such as MPSV and/or CSV.
• Hold a current AMSA and/or Norwegian medical or similar.
• Hold a current BOSIET and CAEBS and MISC is preferred.
• DP maintenance certificate is beneficial.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented.
