As a representative, you will be the face of our retail brand, assisting customers with their inquiries and enhancing their shopping experience in their native language.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, online orders, and store policies through phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide product information, assistance with sales, and support for returns and exchanges.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain records accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Stay informed about product promotions, new arrivals, and retail trends to provide customers with relevant information.
