What will you be doing?

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Case Officer to join our Billing team in Nicosia, Cyprus on a 6-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer cases during the pre and post billing periods.  Some of the tasks of the role are:

  • Investigating customer requests regarding potential billing discrepancies
  • Open cases for invoice/credit accordingly depending on findings 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
