We are looking for another member to join our Survey and Positioning Team in Houston, Texas. Our working environment consists of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.

Azumo is looking for a highly motivated Python Fulllstack Engineer to develop and enhance high performing and scalable software infrastructures in AI, NLP and data-intensive software environments.

At this time, we will only be considering candidates based in Latin America, as most of our engineers are based there.

This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a growing team and bright engineering minds. You will enjoy the role if you love designing and developing scalable, high performant backend infrastructure using Python, React + Django / Flask / Eve / FastAPI open-source frameworks and connecting applications to modern cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test server features and robust APIs
• Integrate existing applications with third party systems
• Evaluate multiple approaches and technologies to solving a problem

Tarefas incluem, mas não se limitam a:

· Responsável pela equipe e pelos equipamentos de ROV a bordo das embarcações durante seu turno de trabalho;

· Conhecer as políticas da empresa e procedimentos inerentes à sua função;

· Liderar a equipe em assuntos relacionados à segurança;

· Emitir relatórios de incidente e acidentes conforme procedimento quando necessário;

· Comunicar assuntos de segurança com a sua equipe no turno de trabalho;

· Conhecer e uso adequado do sistema de gerenciamento de segurança da empresa;

· Conduzir reuniões de segurança com “tool box talk” antes que novas tarefas sejam realizadas, inclusive, sobre as operações a serem realizadas com o ROV;

· Realizar indução ao sistema de segurança da empresa para os membros da sua equipe no turno de trabalho;

· Conhecer os procedimentos de emergência;

· Tomar a ação apropriada em casos de emergência;

· Emitir relatórios detalhados e adequados à situação emergência enfrentada;
