Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the Sous Chef is responsible for delivering exceptional catering services across multiple vessels, private charters, and offshore operations. This hands-on managerial position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.

Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays.
