Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
- Provide detailed information on destinations, available services, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hotel partners and tourism services to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, offers, and company services to provide relevant information to customers.
