Position Summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a motivated Nuvolo Junior Trainer to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Service Line.

The Nuvolo application is an enterprise asset management (EAM) module built on the ServiceNow platform, delivering a modern Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). It replaces legacy functionality previously provided through VistA AEMS/MERS and IBM Maximo. The Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security modules enhance clinical asset lifecycle management, improve preventive maintenance documentation, and reduce downtime of critical medical devices across Veterans Medical Centers (VAMCs).

The Nuvolo Junior Trainer supports enterprise-wide training delivery, testing coordination, user adoption, and continuous improvement efforts across lower and Production environments.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Vulnerability Assessment Team Lead to support a potential project with the Department of Homeland Security. The Lead will manage a comprehensive vulnerability management program for The Department of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The Lead will direct a team of analysts responsible for conducting enterprise-wide vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and specialized assessments (web, database, wireless). This is a critical leadership role that involves managing scan policies, analyzing results, and briefing CBP leadership on the most impactful vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the VA team in managing CBP's Enterprise Information System Vulnerability Management (ISVM) compliance validation.

• Oversee regularly scheduled and ad hoc vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and specialized assessments for web applications, databases, and 802.11 Wireless networks.

• Brief CBP leadership on current and future vulnerabilities, security policies, and the results of penetration testing efforts.

• Manage and maintain a repository of VA application issues and report them to the Government VAT Team Lead.

• Direct the preparation of security testing Rules of Engagement (ROE) for government approval prior to conducting penetration testing.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Cyber Threat Hunt Lead to support a potential project with the Department of Homeland Security. The Threat Hunt Lead will build and guide a proactive threat hunting capability for the Department of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The Threat Hunt Lead will direct a specialized team in proactively searching for malicious activity across CBP networks that evades traditional security solutions. This role requires an offensive mindset, deep knowledge of attacker TTPs, and expert-level skills with SIEM and endpoint management tools. The Threat Hunt Lead will be responsible for developing hunt hypotheses, executing hunt missions, and coordinating with the SOC to create new detections based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the CTH team to proactively and iteratively conduct threat hunting efforts against CBP networks, systems, and high value assets to detect and isolate advanced threats.

• Utilize threat models and Cyber Threat Intelligence to formulate hypotheses about attacker activity on CBP networks and systems to investigate during formal hunt missions.

• Propose corrective actions and inform necessary parties of security issues, reportable offenses, or cybersecurity best practices.

• Work with the CBP SOC to create new security content, including signatures and detection alerts, resulting from hunt missions and Purple Team engagements.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Cyber Defense Forensics Lead to support a potential project with the Department of Homeland Security. The Forensics Lead will manage and direct the forensics and insider threat operations supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The Lead will direct a team of expert analysts responsible for conducting digital forensic investigations, monitoring for data loss, and analyzing insider threat activities. The role requires deep technical expertise in forensic tools and methodologies, a solid understanding of incident response, and the ability to lead complex investigations from start to finish.

The Case Manager must hold Registered Nurse III (RN III) status and demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, strong critical thinking skills, and expertise in case management principles.

The Medical Records and Support Assistant(s) provide administrative and technical support for medical record management functions. This position is staffed by personnel classified under the Department of Labor (DOL) Occupational Code 12190 – Medical Record Technician.

The role supports the organization’s health information management activities by ensuring the accurate processing, maintenance, protection, and organization of medical records in compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational standards.
