This role allows you to work remotely while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and culture of Greece, making a significant impact in our customer service department.

Your Role:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
• Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarize yourself with our client systems to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies suited for remote work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
