- Assist customers with order processing, refills, and product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related questions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and company policies to provide current information to customers.
