Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use of prescription medications and illicit drugs supporting improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders.

The Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health.  As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.

As a Specimen Collector: 

The VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) manages nationally prioritized, high-impact capital initiatives, including the Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure programs. SEP establishes national priorities to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide alignment and execution. Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support this potential project.

Responsibilities

Corporate Governance & Shareholder Relations

• Maintain and manage the shareholder register in cooperation with registrars and external providers.
• Prepare and support General Shareholders’ Meetings, including:
• distribution of notices and voting materials
• organization of voting procedures
• vote counting
• preparation of meeting minutes and corporate documentation
• Coordinate dividend distribution processes together with registrars and banking partners.
• Support disclosure procedures and corporate reporting requirements.
