We are seeking a Data Engineer (Monitoring & Parameter Systems) to architect and operate the analytics, observability, and parameter-proposal infrastructure that keeps our protocol safe and economically sound. You will serve as the critical bridge between protocol mechanics—such as fees, spreads, and liquidations—and production-grade data systems. Your mandate is to translate complex economic models into reliable pipelines and monitoring services that ensure the protocol remains healthy across all markets.

Responsibilities

GoMining is looking for an experienced Team Lead DevOps / SRE - a hands-on technical leader who combines deep infrastructure expertise with team leadership. This role is for a playing coach: someone who designs and builds systems personally, while also guiding engineers, setting technical direction, and strengthening DevOps/SRE practices across the company.

You will create clear test plans, ensure coverage, find and track bugs, and partner with product and engineering to ship reliable releases fast.

We are looking for a team member who will work as part of the DevOps Team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the current delivery workflow.
