• Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. *Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements*
• Other Compensation: The position includes a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom manufactured home. *Living on site is required*

Position Summary:

Protocol Lead - Rule Enforcement for Regulated Blockchains

Location: remote - north and South America and the EU

Compensation: $180K - $220K

We are building a platform that sets the standard for how regulated blockchain applications enforce transaction rules directly at the smart contract layer. Our system empowers teams to create modular, programmable policies (like AML/CFT checks or off-chain collateral requirements) enforced with cryptographic guarantees before a transaction executes on-chain. We are seeking a Protocol Lead to own the entire smart contract suite, driving robust, scalable risk management for real-world use cases.

As the Protocol Lead, you will have full ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of our core smart contract suite. You will be the team's blockchain subject matter expert, defining security best practices, managing audits, and building tooling for seamless integration. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, security leadership, and cross-ecosystem research (EVM and non-EVM).

The Experience Lead oversees and guides the end-to-end user experience of advanced digital products. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on design direction to ensure solutions are human-centered, ethical, and impactful. You will champion the voice of the user, align cross-functional teams, and set the direction for how users discover, interact with, and build trust in digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the holistic user experience vision and roadmap, ensuring experiences are intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (UX, UI, Research, and Content) to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
• Establish and enforce design principles and frameworks for transparency, error handling, and user control.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders to align experience goals with product and business strategies.
• Oversee experience architecture across complex product ecosystems, including information structure, navigation, and interaction flows.
• Guide the creation of prototypes and usability testing to validate and refine experiences based on real user feedback.
• Define and track UX success metrics such as adoption, satisfaction, trust, and usability.

Location: Remote - European based candidates only

Compensation: $150K - $170K

Lead Mobile Engineer - Fintech/Blockchain

Location: Remote - Location: US or EU (remote-first, office optional). Based in EST time zone preferably and as close to France, Paris is always the major preference.
