Role Summary:

The Head of Operational Risk Management is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust operational risk management framework across the organization, in compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements. The HORM will report to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and will oversee the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of all operational and technology risks. About the role:
