As a Specimen Collector: 

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugExpertly process UPS and FedEx pick-up requests, customer supply orders, report redactions, and fax verifications

Facilitate the company’s monthly Order Entry Verification process per the given Standard Operating Procedure.

Ensure as and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Service department by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat with questions related to transportation services
• Support drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns by gathering relevant information and creating service cases
• Coordinate with workshops, roadside assistance providers and technicians when on-site support is required
• Provide updates and follow up on ongoing cases until they are resolved
• Answer questions regarding products, services and general customer enquiries
• Handle complaints professionally and work towards the best possible solution for the customer
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems
