Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Provide detailed information about product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operational teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to better serve customers.
