Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Technical Consultant Power Platform speel je een sleutelrol binnen het Microsoft Power Platform House van HSO: een snelgroeiende afdeling met een ondernemende mindset waarin jouw expertise noodzakelijk is om verder te kunnen groeien. Jij bent vanaf de salesfase betrokken om samen met het beoogde klantteam de klant op weg te helpen met onze aanpak en propositie. Jij kunt in alle vrijheid Low-code implementatietrajecten uitdenken en begeleiden. In sommige gevallen opereer je alleen, in andere gevallen gesteund door een ervaren en gemotiveerd team.

Jij bent:

Complexe projecten, volop mogelijkheden om te groeien en werken bij één van de top Microsoft system integrators van Nederland. Als Senior Project manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van Microsoft technologie en geef je leiding aan het projectteam van HSO.  

We bouwen steeds vaker oplossingen voor klanten die niet alleen ERP willen, maar die bewust kiezen voor het Microsoft Cloud platform. En dus bijvoorbeeld ook kiezen voor Dynamics 365 for CRM, Field Service en Power BI. Omdat HSO één van de weinige Microsoft system integrators is, kunnen we klanten deze totaaloplossing bieden. De complexe en grotere internationale projecten vragen veel expertise en ervaring, Dus we hebben volop werk en uitdaging!

Als Senior Project manager schakel je continu tussen de belangen van de klant en HSO. De projecten zijn bovengemiddeld complex van aard en de stakeholders zijn vaak over meerdere bedrijven en de wereld verspreid. Dit is geen uitdaging maar gesneden koek voor jou.

Jij beschikt over: 

Als Technical Architect ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische architectuur op de korte en lange termijn in projecten en salestrajecten. Je beschrijft en ontwikkelt de technische architectuur inclusief bijkomende integraties. Naast het ontwerpen van migratiescenario’s, onderhoud je contact met de technische en inhoudelijke stakeholders bij de klant en HSO.

Jij zet technische best practices op voor klanten en (interne) collega's. Als Technical Architect ben je de motivator voor de technische collega's van het klantteam. Als digital leader naar de klant ben je in staat om breder te kijken dan de oplossing die wij leveren en zie je deze in het totale end-to-end klantproces.

Als Technical Architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technische deel van de oplossing. Daarnaast:

Als Dynamics 365 Field Service / Project Operations Consultantimplementeer en optimaliseer je Field Service en/of Project Operations. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, vertaalt deze naar oplossingen in Dynamics 365, en begeleidt de klant tijdens implementatie en training. Met jouw kennis en expertise ben je dé sparringspartner voor de klant en geef je zowel organisatorisch als conceptueel advies voor de verbetering van processen en de inrichting van het systeem.

Jouw uitdagingen:
• Vertalen van complexe serviceprocessen naar schaalbare oplossingen in Dynamics 365 Field en/of Project Operations.
• Integreren van Dynamics 365 Field Service en Project Operations met bestaande systemen voor een naadloze klantbeleving en efficiënte operaties.
• Zorgdragen voor een tijdige oplevering binnen scope en budget met maximale klanttevredenheidAnticiperen op technologische ontwikkelingen en bieden van innovatieve oplossingen.
• Oplossen van uitdagingen tijdens implementaties en ondersteuning na livegang.
• Samenwerken met teams om klantgerichte CRM- en CE-oplossingen te ontwikkelen en implementeren
