Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with financial inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide information on various financial products and services.
- Support customers in resolving issues with their accounts, transactions, and billing.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
