Reporting to the Telematics Support Manager, the Telematics Support Advisor will be part of a team acting as the first point of contact for Customers who require support. You will provide an exceptional standard of customer service when answering calls and responding to emails or tickets. Technical Support Advisors are expected to work independently and use their own initiative whilst still working effectively as part of their team.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Website SEO Executive to join our Marketing team.  Reporting to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, you will support the development, optimisation, and performance of our websites and customer portals.  This role involves maintaining and and updating our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data driven, test and learn approach. 

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working on front end website updates, CMS development (primarily Webflow), technical optimisation, and UX improvements. You will help improve conversion rates, fix technical issues, enhance user journeys, and ensure our digital platforms run smoothly and efficiently.
