The main purpose of the Recruitment Manager is to be the main point of operations for recruitment-related responsibilities and tasks and to be committed to delivering the human resources needed for our company to function. Responsilities

  • Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the GoMining referral program.
  • Work with crypto communities across X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.
  • Communicate directly with partners: onboarding, explaining product value and referral mechanics.
  • Guide partners to their first active referrals and purchases.
  • Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels.
  • Collect feedback from both active and inactive / declined partners to improve the referral program.
  • Maintain and update partner pipelines in CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus).
  • Collaborate with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to scale referral-driven revenue.
