Role Summary

The China Representative will act as Union Maritime’s primary point of contact in China, supporting the company’s commercial, financing, and newbuilding activities. The role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships with Chinese partners, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of projects with shipyards and leasing houses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships in China across trading houses, industrial groups, financiers, and maritime operators.
• Represent Union Maritime in meetings, negotiations, and industry events to build strong long-term relationships.
• Provide ongoing market intelligence on Chinese counterparties, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

• Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $750 will be paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements.

About the role:

The Director of Cybersecurity & Information Security will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, monitoring risks, identifying potential gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect Financeit in Canada and in the US. As a Specimen Collector Phlebotomist: 

The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will support the refurbishment project by supporting the development of procedures and documentation including Operations and commissioning procedures for post refurbishment return to service of Cernavoda Unit 1. The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will work closely with the project team and the station to ensure that the work conducted in support of the refurbishment project adheres to its safety, licensing, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Interface with the Operations, Engineering, Nuclear Safety and Licensing and document control Teams.
• Develop and support the development of procedures for refurbishment activities and post refurbishment return to service
• Ensures successful project delivery on assigned tasks.
• Ensures work and deliverables meet regulatory requirements
• Coordinate inputs, reviews and approvals from key stakeholders.
• Ensures the schedule is established, accurate, up to date and adhered to.
• Identify and communicate work progress.
• Completes all assigned project reports and ensure management is fully briefed on the status of the work assigned.
• Anticipates challenges and takes proactive mitigating actions to address them.
• Understands the impact of the work on the station’s safety and licensing basis
