• Verify warranty or service-contract coverage and obtain applicable authorizations.
• Keep customers informed about changes in cost, timing, and vehicle status.
• Review completed work and final invoices with customers.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership procedures.

About the Job

We are seeking a Study Coordinator to work at assigned hospitals to support Investigators and site staff with daily clinical trial activities. The Study Coordinator ensures smooth study conduct by coordinating operational tasks, supporting recruitment and data quality, and acting as an extended resource for the site. This role works closely with Investigators, nurses, other site staff and the Sponsor’s Clinical Operations team to maintain compliance with study protocols, GCP/ICH guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
