We are looking for a Furniture Rental & Home Solutions Manager to join our team at Elefsina.

This entrepreneurial role will build and grow the service from the ground up, shaping its product offering, supplier network, pricing, digital presence and go-to-market strategy. The role combines Business Development, Product & Supplier Management and Operations, targeting corporate clients, expatriates, relocation companies, residential developments, serviced apartments and property managers.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across our Removals division in Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Corporate clients and HR / mobility teams, Hospitality sector (hotels, refurbishments, new developments), Real estate agents and developers, Architects and interior designers
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business
  • Promote our full service offering: Domestic & international removals: Office moves, Storage, FF&E logistics (where applicable)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Work closely with operations to ensure commercially sound and operationally feasible solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the Greek market
