We are looking for several experienced Lead Project Engineers to strengthen the engineering team working within segments such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning. The position is based at our office in Bergen or our brand new office at Smedasundet in Haugesund.

This is achieved through Lean-Agile delivery of clinical practice solutions that support best practice standards for clinical care. OHI is further responsible for ensuring the success of the modernized VA EHR, Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner through continuous exploration, integration, deployment and release on demand of Integrated Health Technology (IHT) solutions. These efforts aim to increase Veterans' access to care and support their active participation in their healthcare. Join our team as a Crewing Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Crewing Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be the key point of contact for offshore personnel coordination across our Asia Pacific operations. You’ll manage mobilisation, compliance, and logistics for a wide range of vessel-based roles including Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Marine Crew, and Supervisory teams.

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate crewing requirements in line with project schedules and rotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore personnel and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation.
• Ensure crew competencies and certifications meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Coordinate visa applications and mobilisation logistics.
• Maintain accurate records across HR and crewing systems.
• Provide general personnel and administrative support.
