We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a luxury hospitality group, for an Executive Chef, for one of their 5* hotels in Paphos, Cyprus. We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of the Hotel with a strong background in luxury hotel dining, and highlights on Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. 

Duties & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a luxury hospitality group, for a Chef De Cuisine, for one of their luxury hotels based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have an innovative and creative approach towards food and menu development, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine, offering a unique dining experience for our guests, establishing our signature restaurant to the high standards of quality that already associated with group.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Develop and design menus that reflect the Mediterranean culinary tradition, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
• Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP.
• Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary goals.
