Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Accounting Department, including coordination across various accounting processes.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners as required.
  • Reconcile invoices with sales orders and incoming payments.
  • Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts.
  • Prepare payment instructions and process bank deposits.
  • Organize and record bookkeeping transactions for all companies within the Group.
  • Review spreadsheets and financial data for accuracy.
  • Maintain both digital and physical financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
