The organization is currently at an inflection point. Following the launch of a brand-new global USD product and a successful Series A funding round, the company is scaling its revenue engine. Positioned as a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Director of Growth Marketing will design, build, and permanently own an AI-native outbound engine. This strategy prioritizes intelligent systems and agentic workflows over headcount expansion.
