About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Website SEO Executive to join our Marketing team.  Reporting to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, you will support the development, optimisation, and performance of our websites and customer portals.  This role involves maintaining and and updating our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data driven, test and learn approach. 

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working on front end website updates, CMS development (primarily Webflow), technical optimisation, and UX improvements. Our client is a fast-growing SEO technology company that helps businesses acquire high-quality backlinks through a scalable and data-driven platform. By combining advanced automation, real-time tracking, and access to a large network of verified publishers, they enable SEO teams to execute link acquisition strategies more efficiently and at scale.

We are currently looking for an experienced Link Acquisition Specialist to join their remote team.

About the Role

As a Link Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing backlink acquisition strategies for clients across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for identifying high-value link opportunities, evaluating publisher quality, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring that acquired links contribute to measurable SEO growth.

This is a role for someone who understands that successful link acquisition is about far more than volume. You have a strong understanding of relevance, authority, risk assessment, and long-term SEO value, and you are comfortable making decisions based on data rather than assumptions.

We hire across Growth/Marketing, Product, Engineering (LATAM), Design, and Executive functions. Our current open searches include Director-level, Staff Engineer, and Senior Product roles. The team uses Workable as our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter as our primary sourcing channel.

The Role

You are the team's dedicated sourcer. You don't own requisitions end-to-end — you own the top of the funnel for every search that needs outbound talent. Your job is to find, engage, and deliver qualified candidates to the recruiters who manage each role.
