You will be responsible for driving market expansion, onboarding new brands, and creating sustainable partnerships that contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Negotiate with leads to secure the best financial and operational terms for cooperation;
  • Manage partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, rates, timelines, and operational processes;
  • Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous collaboration;
  • Identify new opportunities and expand our catalogue with relevant and high-demand brands;
  • Collaborate with our European team to align local strategy with global growth goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent Spanish (native or C1) and strong English skills;
  • Proven experience in negotiations, account management, or business development in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or fintech;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — ability to balance business interests and build win-win deals;
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
